The No-Throw system comes with a battery powered navigation light that mounts on top of the No-Throw, enabling you to legally boat at night.

You can still waterski and wakeboard with the No-Throw in the side stowed or forward stowed position. 

Stowing the No-Throw takes less than 10 seconds, and utilizes a single pin to stow and un-stow.

The Pole slides out of the No-Throw using the quick release clamp, collapses down, and easily stows under a seat. 

The No-Throw itself is a permanent install and just stays in place. 

On boats where the tow point was the tallest part of the tower the No-Throw adds about 2”. 

On many boats it's not the tallest point on the tower so it adds no overall height to the boat.

The No-Throw can be changed from goofy to regular by just pushing the pole to the other side of the boat.

No tools and no adjustments needed.

Return Policy

The No-Throw is returnable up until 30 days after purchase, subject to a $100 restocking fee and based on the following conditions.

Condition of the Product:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition and void of any damage. This includes but is not limited to scratches, dents, or any signs of wear and tear.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

2. Provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

3. Package the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Ship the product back to us at your expense.

 Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund minus the $100 restocking fee and original shipping costs to you. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exclusions:

Please note that certain conditions may void this return policy, such as:

• Any alterations or modifications made to the product.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Returns exceeding the 30-day window.

Lifetime Parts Warranty

 Rope Buddy Inc DBA No-Throw Surf System LLC (referred to as "the Company") offers this Lifetime Parts Warranty to the original purchaser of the No-Throw (referred to as "the Product").

Coverage:

The Company warrants that all parts of the No-Throw Surf System shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

 Terms and Conditions:

1. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

2. The warranty shall be void if the Product is altered in any way or if it is determined that the Product was not installed correctly by the purchaser.

3. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product to determine the validity of any warranty claim.

4. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

5. The Company's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at the Company's discretion.

6. Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

7. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

8. To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact the Company's customer service department.

9. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without prior notice.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or handling.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage resulting from use of the Product for purposes other than its intended use.

 Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By purchasing the Product, the original purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Lifetime Parts Warranty.
